Kelsius launches FoodCheck2Go

Donegal company, Kelsius, has launched FoodCheck2Go, a digital temperature checking system which makes it easier and more cost-effective for caterers to manage paperless kitchen compliance. The system combines a digital temperature probe with a Samsung 8” tablet and enables operators to check and record fridge temperatures, cook and cool temperatures, hygiene tasks and deliveries, with automated reminders for temperature checks and daily tasks. It ensures HACCP is being implemented and helps kitchen staff to manage all aspects of Food Hygiene Regulations, simplifying audit processes and reducing time spent on paperwork. The system eliminates the need for and costs associated with paper-based reporting.  All current and historical records are stored safely in the cloud and available to view from any web-enabled device. The system costs £265 up front and a £25 monthly payment. For more information, see the Kelsius website.
