Celebrating Irish Producers: GS1 Ireland Members Featured in Lidl’s Kickstart Programme 2025

GS1 Ireland is proud to celebrate the success of several Irish producers whose products will be featured in Lidl Ireland’s Kickstart Supplier Development Programme, launching on 11 September. This initiative, now in its ninth year, continues to champion small and medium-sized Irish businesses, helping them scale operations, refine their branding, and reach new customers nationwide.

Among the 25 producers selected this year, ten GS1-registered companies stand out for their creativity, quality, and commitment to excellence. These businesses have embraced GS1 standards to ensure their products are retail-ready, traceable, and efficiently distributed across Lidl’s 229 stores across Ireland.

• A Bit on the Side (Meath): Known for their bold and flavourful condiments, they bring two exciting options to shelves – Red Jalapeño Jelly and Green Jalapeño Jelly.

• Cotter Farm (Cork): Offering a wholesome breakfast option with their Gluten Free Porridge, Cotter Farm continues to innovate in the health food space.

• Juspy (Dublin): A leader in functional nutrition, Juspy’s Collagen + Protein Powder supports wellness and active lifestyles.

• Mary-Ellen’s Meadow (Cavan): Their Wild Soft Drinks in Elderflower and Willowherb varieties showcase the natural bounty of Ireland’s meadows.
