Easter Gift Boxes from Stillgarden Distillery

Dublin 8-based distillery Stillgarden has launched a range of gift boxes in time for Easter. 

Stillgarden Ultimate Easter Cocktail Box, €72.50

Stillgarden’s "Ultimate Easter Cocktail Box" contains one 500ml Stillgarden Signature Cocktail and two 200ml Stillgarden Signature Mini Cocktails. Containing Stillgarden’s Cosmo, Spent-spresso Martini and Raspberry Soiree, as well as two of Stillgarden’s Nick & Nora glasses filled with chocolate Easter eggs, a greeting card, and two garden tour tickets to use at Stillgarden Distillery in the future, where you can also get your hands on a complimentary cocktail.

Stillgarden Easter Cocktail Box, €52.50

Choose from Stillgarden’s three Signature cocktails, Cosmo, Spent-spresso Martini and Raspberry Soiree. Leahy's Open Farm completes LEADER programme project

Recent projects brought to completion under the LEADER programme include the development of a castle playground and passenger trailer at Leahy’s Open Farm. The LEADER programme which is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, is an initiative to support rural development projects at local level in order to revitalise rural areas and create jobs.

Become a founding member of McAllister Distillery Ahascragh

As construction on the new whiskey and gin craft distillery in the village of Ahascragh nears, McAllister Distillers has launched a founders cask programme for those who would like to invest in the venture. Individuals and groups now have the opportunity to own their own cask of whiskey from McAllister Distillery Ahascragh and benefit from the recent growth in demand for Irish whiskey. McAllister Distillers is currently restoring an old mill to deliver a world-class whiskey experience and hospitality destination inside a working craft distillery. The distillery will be powered by renewable energy and the aim of the owners is to become a carbon-neutral operation. The founders cask programme will help to refurbish the existing old mill buildings, create visitor and tourist facilities, install process equipment for sustainable production of whiskey and gin, establish a visitor experience and a permanent exhibition of the restored old mill equipment, and create lasting local employment.

Dubliner Irish Whiskey New Release Aged in Wachusett Brewing Beer Casks

The Dubliner Irish Whiskey brand recently joined forces with Massachusetts craft brewer, Wachusett Brewing Company to produce the first U.S. edition of its Beer Cask Series. The Dubliner shipped casks of its Bourbon Cask Aged Irish Whiskey to Wachusett Brewing in 2019, who filled them with their Quinn’s Amber Ale. The beer was aged in the Kentucky bourbon oak casks for several months and the freshly disgorged casks were sent back to Dublin to be used for The Dubliner Beer Cask Irish Whiskey release. The Dubliner Beer Cask Irish Whiskey is now available in Massachusetts and the surrounding New England markets such as Rhode Island and Connecticut in retail stores and selected bars and restaurants.

Irish brand Thanks Plants launches its vegan Everyday Roast

Thanks Plants recently launched their vegan Everyday Roast. Ingredients include wheat gluten, cannellini beans, wild rice mix, breadcrumbs, pearl barley, celery, dried apricots, garlic and Dijon mustard.
