#SowNow sunflower campaign for Ukraine

Help needed to pack 100,000 Sunflower Seed Packs for the Irish Red Cross Ukrainian Appeal on Saturday, April 23rd.

Ukrainian woman Tetiana Pankiv launches incredible Sow Now sunflower campaign to help her country.

Sow Now began when Tetiana and her three daughters Sofia, Marta and Yana fled their beloved home in Lviv in Western Ukraine, not knowing where to go. When an Irish family offered Tetiana and her daughters a home, they were so grateful but were left feeling helpless thinking about the family members and friends they had left behind – and this is how the idea for Sow Now came about.

#sownow have already received phenomenal support for this project, with volunteers from all over Ireland coming to Tullow, County Carlow this weekend (Saturday 23rd April 2022) to help pack the sunflower seeds 🌻

These seeds will be sold online, and in Supervalu and Centra stores all over the country to raise funds for Ukraine - with every cent going directly to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Appeal. Click here to find out more about the project and how you can get involved.
