Lucio is a software development specialist with many years experience in the development of applications for the healthcare sector such nursing diagnostics and nutritional health.

Lucio joined the GS1 Ireland team in July 2021 from Retail Solutions (Galway) where he held the role of Senior Software Developer and was responsible for main systems maintenance and for migrating obsolete technologies to modern technologies like .Net.

Mr. Fransoia has over 19 years' experience in System Analysis, Software Development and Database Management and studied Data Processing Technology at the Educational Foundation of Fernandopolis in a course taught by the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCAR).

As a Senior Software Developer, Lucio's responsibilities GS1 Ireland involve the maintenance of applications and databases and supporting the development of new solutions.
