42nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of GS1 (Global Standards 1) ("the Company") will be held at online on Thursday 15 June 2023 at 11.30 a.m. for the following purposes:
Ordinary Business
- To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 16 June 2022.
- To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Report of the Directors and Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2022.
- To re-appoint Mazars as auditors to the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
- To elect / re-elect the following as a member of the Board of Directors:
a. Elect: Brian Glancy (Kingspan Group)
b. Elect: Luke Hanlon (Musgrave Group)
c. Re-elect: Sean Nolan (Tesco)
d. Re-elect: Fergal Wall (Glanbia)
