Join us for two focused, 2-hour sessions to learn about the standards, real use-cases, packaging and printing, resolver strategy, and POS integration.

Introductory Session
QR Codes powered by GS1: Ambition 2027 & the foundations
Who it’s for:
Managers and leads across marketing, eCommerce, packaging/artwork, IT/POS, supply chain, QA/compliance who need the big picture and a common language.
You’ll learn about:
- Ambition 2027 and the co-existence period (linear + 2D)
- How to identify what makes a QR code GS1-compliant
- Mapping benefits by function: consumer engagement, traceability/recalls, sustainability, loyalty/couponing
- Spotting immediate readiness gaps (packaging, data, POS)
Intermediate Session:
From pilot to scale: packaging, resolver strategy, and POS integration
Who it’s for:
People who will implement: packaging/artwork managers, print/production, IT/POS leads, eComm/MarTech, solution providers, QA/compliance.
You’ll learn about:
- Print quality: quiet zone, module size, placement, contrast, curved surfaces
- Defining a resolver strategy (ownership, redirects, language/geo rules, analytics, privacy)
- Structuring a pilot: KPIs, sample selection, test plans, and go/no-go gates
- Aligning with POS vendors: firmware/software, config flags, GTIN extraction from Digital Link
- Planning change management across private label and branded ranges
The Future is 2D: Introduction to GS1 QR Codes and Digital Link
A 60 minute training session on the global migration to 2D barcodes and GS1's Ambition 2027 initiative.
You'll learn about:

Training FAQ's
Training is held online via Zoom (or Teams on request). Dates and times are flexible and will be agreed upon when booking.
Each course costs €300 and covers 1 to 4 attendees inclusive. Additional places may be booked on request at an additional cost.
Payment for each course must be received prior to the first training date.
Each course runs for 2 hours and can be arranged at day/time to suit you.
Our training courses are scheduled with each company at a date and time to suit.
