The 2010 version of the General Specifications (GenSpec) has been released. The Specifications are the global "rule book" for bar coding and outline all requirments for the GS1, EAN & UCC bar code symbologies including ITF 14, GS1 128 and RSS. Details of identification number types, their use and management is also covered.
