The GS1 Ireland Data Pool Service consists of a number of components:

1. Validation Rules to ensure that the data being uploaded is accurate and of high quality

2. Multiple interface mechanisms to assist with the upload, download and maintenance of your product data.

2.a. Electronic Interfaces include SINFOS Pricat Message, CSV and flat file options.

2.b. SINFOS WebForms for online data and subcription maintenance in addition to Search and Browse functionality.

3. Dedicated Helpdesk to assist you with joining the data pool and uploading your product information. The Helpdesk will be staffed with suitably qualified personnel

4. Technical Training in GDSN, Product Measurement and completing product attributes. Training is provided both online via the Learn elearning platform and in small classroom based groups. 

5. Data Pool Advisors to support your implementation project and advise on the use of GS1 Standards to reduce cost and maximise efficiency and effectiveness within your organisation.

6. Irish, European and Global User Groups to manage the Data Pool into the future and to ensure that Irish Trading needs are met at a local and global level.

7. A comprehensive library of guides, case studies and tools is available to GS1 Ireland Data Pool Service subscribers to support their accurate and quality data initiatives.
