Whiskey company honours late Kilbeggan cooper

The first release from Nephin Irish Whiskey is a celebration of the life & work of Master Cooper, John Neilly who passed away in 2018. A legend in the whiskey industry, he came to Ireland from his native Glasgow in 1992 and spent the next 26 years in Kilbeggan. A 12-year-old Highland single malt finished in the last 5 Octaves made by John before he passed. Limited to 360 bottles and available exclusively at James Fox Cigar & Whiskey Store on Grafton St, Dublin or online for delivery worldwide here.

Surge in sales for Dingle Distillery

Dingle Distillery launched its Descendants cask programme back in November and it is down to its final eight limited-edition whiskey casks which cost between €10,000 and €12,000. The programme allows people to invest in a whiskey cask and choose how long their whiskey matures in the barrel. Congratulations to Dingle Distillery on the success of their innovative programme.

Airfield's Community Food Hub


Airfield have launched their Community Food Hub which aims to help people to make better food choices by planning and cooking healthy, nutritious meals on a budget of less than €10 per family meal. The community will be supported by a series of videos, resource materials and online group discussions.
